Scratch Resistant
Quartz composition is approximately 90-95% crushed natural quartz crystals, polymer resins, and pigments. Natural quartz ranks about 7 on the Mohs scale of mineral hardness.
Stain Resistant
High heat, vibration, and vacuum compaction produce virtually non-porous quartz stone slabs unaffected by most common household products, foods, and liquids.
Heat Resistant
More heat resistant than some natural stone surfaces like marble or laminate. Withstands exposure to moderately hot temperatures without damage.
Bacteria Resistant
